Our Story
We met at a Camp No Counselors ski weekend
In the midst of the deep cold of the Polar Vortex, Alex and Ali decided to go to the Camp No Counselors ski weekend. They both signed up for the chili cook-off and after some one-way email flirting on Alex's part, they headed off to camp and met in person. Despite competing with opposing chili philosophies (Alex, the authentic Texas beef chili and Ali the vegetarian chili), a connection was formed. They both lost the competition, a sore subject they will never forget but found love instead; a pretty consolation prize, we guess.

Over the last two years, Alex and Ali have enjoyed a lot of travel, some great wine, a ton of costumes and an infinite amount of love.

The WEDDING PROPOSAL
In September of 2015, Alex and Ali went to Italy where Alex proposed and without hesitation Ali said yes. Come October, they will be married.
